1. Login to your customer account.
2. Access the Order History section.
3. Check the Box of the Product / s you have purchased and write in the field below the reason for your return or exchange.
4. You must wait for our confirmation for the return of the order
- Changes: The client will assume the Shipping costs to send us the product that he does not want and exchange it for another. Subsequently the forwarding costs will be borne by Jewelry Duck. We will perform this service once only for each order.
- Return: The bustomer will assume the Shipping costs to send us the product that he does not want. Subsequently, Jewelry Pato will proceed to refund the full amount in the same payment method in which the purchase was made except in the cash on delivery method that will be refunded by bank transfer.
