All the products that are marketed in Joyeria Pato are 100% Original and enjoy the guarantee specified by the manufacturer of 2 YEARS, they also have if required the product Manual of instructions for use in Spanish, and technical service in Spain.


During the warranty period, the costs of transportation to the workshop and return are paid by Joyeria Pato in case of breakage or by default of the machine.

Excluded from the guarantee:

- Batteries, broken glass and worn strap.
- Damage resulting from inadequate treatment, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
- Intervention during the warranty period of a technical service other than the official one.

You do not have to worry! In Joyeria Pato we deliver the watches with the sealed guarantee and will be accepted in any technical service of the brand.

To make use of your guarantee contact us by phone at 986 221 171, by chat on our website or through the email info@joyeriapato.com detailing what happens to your product, your order number, and your phone number to get in touch with you if necessary.

We will tell you what steps you should follow; send us the product to repair it or send it to the manufacturer closest to your location for repair, but do not forget to notify us in advance!
