Después de recibir el reloj, hubo un problema menor con el reloj, pero como esta tienda es el minorista autorizado de Citizen, mi reloj tiene 1 año de cobertura internacional, por lo que la red global de Citizen solucionó este problema menor. Además, Carlos es muy responsable con el problema y ofrece un reembolso parcial para compensar el problema. Realmente aprecio todo el servicio que esta tienda brinda a sus clientes.
