Cadence:
Measure your career cadence by counting the number of steps you take per minute. The sensor measures the maximum, average and current cadence values. You can see your cadence in your wrist unit while you run and later in the app and the Polar Flow web service.
The cadence can be calculated as the total number of steps you take or as the number of steps a foot performs in a minute. In Polar products, the cadence is calculated as the number of times a foot touches the ground.
