Features and Functions of the Citizen AT8300-58L Watch
This Citizen atomic watch incorporates a 41 mm diameter steel case, an 11.6 mm profile, and a bracelet of the same material with a double push-button and safety clasp.
The watch case protects the movement with a screw-down case back, a screw-down crown, and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
Inside is an anti-magnetic Eco-Drive H800 movement with the classic functions of hours, minutes, and seconds.
In addition to world time in 26 cities and the solar radio-controlled watch function, the new models feature a perpetual calendar until 28/2/2100 with the date and day of the week.
A chronograph (stopwatch) function with an accuracy of 1/20 of a second up to 60 minutes.
Power reserve indication of up to 6 months and a power-saving function.
The signal reception comes from antennas in Japan, the USA, Germany, and China with automatic selection of the transmitting station.
It also includes the classic daylight saving time function.
A final function is its internal bidirectional rotating bezel with an aeronautical slide rule scale that surrounds the dial and is operated by a crown at 7 o'clock.
The dial is blue and integrates silver hands, with the second hand highlighted by the characteristic logo of the radio-controlled series.
