Lotus Diver

Designed for water and for whatever comes

Lotus Diver: watches prepared for water and for everyday life

A diver isn't just a watch with high water resistance. It's a watch designed to work when the environment becomes more demanding: in the water, at the beach, in the pool or simply when you need a watch that won't give you problems. Lotus Diver watches are made exactly for that: to be worn without having to think about them.

It's the most technical part of Lotus watches for men. Watches with water resistance of 20 or 30 ATM depending on the model, features typical of a dive watch such as the unidirectional bezel or the screw-down crown, and a construction prepared for continuous use.

Two configurations, two levels of resistance

Lotus Diver watches are available with a steel bracelet or with a silicone strap. The steel bracelet gives the watch more presence and a more structured feel; silicone is more comfortable and lighter for daily use, especially if you're going to get it wet often. Some models with a steel bracelet also include an extra silicone strap, so you can change the watch depending on what you're going to do.

As for water resistance, there are 20 ATM models and 30 ATM models. 20 ATM comfortably covers use at the beach, in the pool and for light water sports. 30 ATM is designed for more demanding use in the water. The choice depends on how far you want to take the watch.

Frequently asked questions

What does 20 ATM or 30 ATM mean?

ATM is the unit used to measure water resistance. 20 ATM is equivalent to about 200 metres and 30 ATM to about 300 metres. In practice, both levels allow you to swim and do water sports safely, but the higher the number, the more margin you have for intensive use in the water.

Can I swim with a Lotus Diver?

Yes. The 20 ATM models are prepared for swimming in the pool and in the sea, and the 30 ATM ones for even more demanding use. As with any dive watch, it's best not to operate the crown or pushers underwater, and to have the water resistance checked from time to time.

Why do some models include two straps?

Because they're designed to adapt to different uses. The steel bracelet is more formal and more resistant for everyday wear; the silicone strap is lighter and more practical when the watch is going to be in contact with water. Having both lets you change the watch depending on the occasion.
