Frequently Asked Questions about the Viceroy 41157-36
This section is designed to answer the most common questions about the Viceroy Atlético de Madrid 41157-36. Below are the most frequently asked questions with their respective answers.
How Does the Quartz Movement Work?
The quartz movement in watches works by using a small quartz crystal that vibrates when an electric current is applied to it. These vibrations occur at a constant frequency. An electronic circuit in the watch converts these vibrations into a regular electrical signal of one second, which moves the watch hands or updates the digital display to show the accurate time.
This quartz mechanism is highly accurate, with a deviation of only a few seconds per month. Quartz watches are popular because they require less maintenance than mechanical watches and are more affordable. However, they need batteries to operate, which must be replaced periodically.
Is It Suitable for Water Sports?
The Viceroy 41157-36 has a water resistance of 10 bar. This means it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. It is suitable for swimming and snorkeling but not for diving.
What Maintenance Does It Require?
Quartz watches require less maintenance compared to mechanical watches. Generally, they are more affordable than automatic or mechanical watches due to their simpler construction and the abundance of quartz crystals.
Is This Model Exclusive or Limited Edition?
Although the model is not classified as a limited edition, it belongs to a special Atlético de Madrid collection, so its production may be limited to certain periods.
